MAGIC VOUCHERS
From its conception in 2019, Magic Stamp was built to help small businesses thrive. We’ve been so sad to see so many members of the Magic Stamp community close their doors due to COVID-19 and we wanted to make sure we could continue to support our businesses through these hard times.
First, we cancelled all subscription payments from our businesses. Next we created Magic Vouchers to drive cash flow for our closed businesses. Third, we’re releasing Magic Delivery to support our businesses that still function via delivery services - more on that to follow.
We decided to harness the power of the Magic Stamp community and its thousands of loyal supportive customers. Magic vouchers provide a vehicle for customers to support their favourite businesses and whilst treating themselves at the same time!
Magic Vouchers have been enormously popular with the Magic Stamp community and a multitude of businesses have signed up already. They give them a ready source of cash flow and allow them to maintain contact with their customers during this difficult period.
Remember, loyal customers don’t want to see their favourite businesses collapse, due to the lockdown. Magic Stamp has nothing but loyal customers, so it’s the perfect place to contact them.
How it works
1) Customers can order vouchers for themselves or gift them to a friend via our website.
2) The recipient’s number must match with the number registered with the Magic Stamp app.
3) Then they need to add your business stamp card to their wallet in the app.
4) We will send the vouchers via the app within 24 hours.
5) They will be able to redeem them once you re-open your doors.
